Britt and Stacy Holcomb

Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of North Cabarrus. Britt and Stacy have owned several SERVPRO franchises for 20+ years.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt and Stacy now reside with their two kids in Browns Summit, NC.

Britt has an extensive history in the restoration industry. He has always been in the restoration and has been with SERVPRO for twenty-five years! Britt is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. He is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.

When he is not working, Britt likes to be out on an ATV, camping, and in general, loves being outdoors. He also likes to travel especially to Vegas, New York, and on cruises.

Mike Gosnell

Mike is our Chief Operating Officer and has over 15 years of restoration and construction experience.

Brian Carlson

Brian is our Director of Training & Development, he has previous experience as a SERVPRO owner and ensures all of our staff is properly trained in restoration!

Darrell Coltrane

Darrell is our Operations Manager for our Concord branch and has been with Team Holcomb for over a year now. Darrell came to us with a background in managerial experience and has helped to exponentially grow the Concord office since its acquisition in 2019! 

Alfredo Montero

Alfredo is our restoration supervisor of the Concord branch. He has been with Team Holcomb for over a year, but came to us with previous experience working for SERVPRO in New York and we are so lucky to have him!

Andre Bryant

Andre is a restoration technician and joined Team Holcomb in 2024.

Jorge Moreira

Jorge is a restoration technician and joined Team Holcomb in 2024!

Tim Coffey

Tim is our Director of Construction and has been with Team Holcomb since early 2023. He has a background in construction management and helps ensure our customers get their homes put back together "Like it Never Even Happened."

Chase Menard

Chase is our Project Manager for the Concord and Kannapolis region or Team Holcomb!

Mark Parrish

Mark is our senior estimator for the Concord and Kannapolis region, providing homeowners with mitigation and reconstruction estimates!

Kayle Smith

Kayle is our Director of Administration and holds the office together!

Savanna DeBusk

Savanna is our Job File Coordinator and ensures that all jobs are estimated and documented properly to submit to insurance.

Harley Whitesell

Harley is our Lead Intake and first on the phone to help homeowners!

Ashly Crockett

Ashly is our Director of Business Development and has been with Team Holcomb since 2009!

Brad Rossi

Brad is our Business Development Representative for the Concord and Kannapolis regions, making long-lasting relationships in the community!
