Water Damage in Crawl Space

Recently, this Good Hill customer called SERVPRO of North Cabarrus County & China Grove and told us that their water heater had broken and leaked through to their crawl space. We not only had to worry about clean up and drying the interior of the home but had to dry out the joists as well. On this job, the water had seeped through the flooring, insulation, and into the crawl space of this home. In the first photo, you can see the damage that was done to the insulation and joists. In the second photo, you can see where the crews at SERVPRO of North Cabarrus County & China Grove had removed the damaged insulation, cleaned and dried the area.
